Reporting Point for Unwanted Behaviour and Whistleblower Reports 

Hutchison Ports Duisburg considers it important that people treat each other with respect. This means that sexual harassment, bullying, verbal abuse, aggression, violence, and discrimination are not accepted. If you have nevertheless experienced unwanted behaviour or have been treated improperly by an employee of Hutchison Ports Duisburg, you can contact our Reporting Point for Unwanted Behaviour. 

Unwanted behaviour includes, among other things: 

  • Aggression and violence
  • (Sexual) harassment
  • Bullying
  • Discrimination 

In addition, anyone who, in a work-related context, is involved with Hutchison Ports Duisburg can also use this reporting point to submit whistleblower reports regarding situations involving, for example, misconduct, fraud, or other irregularities within Hutchison Ports Duisburg. Your report will be handled confidentially. 

The above reports do not include complaints related to operational processes, such as waiting times or disruptions. 

The reports can be made at the internal reporting point, per e-mail (meldestelle@hutchisonports.de), per phone (0203 80906 500) or by sending a letter (Persönlich/Vertraulich z. H. Meldestelle, Stahlinsel 9, 47138 Duisburg, Deutschland). The reporting point will discuss the further handling of your complaint or whistleblower report with you.
